Membership Terms

  • Billed monthly on the same date via Aesthetic Record and Stripe. Your facial and injection credits refresh on your billing date every month. Credits do not roll over — use them before your next billing date. 5% member discount applies to all retail skincare product purchases during your active membership period. 5% retail discount cannot be combined with other promotions or bundle packages.

  • Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice — no penalty, no questions asked. Members may pause their membership once per calendar year for up to 30 days. To cancel or pause, contact Tempass directly via text or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle after the 30-day notice period. Membership is non-transferable and is for the enrolled client only.
